2. FINTRAC registration

FIN-MECHANICA CORP. is registered with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada ("FINTRAC") as a Money Services Business ("MSB"), registration number M21482238, registered since 15 October 2021. FINTRAC registration confirms registration under Canada’s AML/ATF framework; it is not a banking licence, prudential approval, deposit guarantee or endorsement of FinMechanica.

3. Not a bank

FinMechanica is not a bank. FinMechanica does not describe Client balances as deposits with FinMechanica. Deposit insurance or deposit guarantee schemes do not apply merely because FinMechanica is registered as an MSB.

4. Third-party services

Certain accounts, IBAN functionality, cards, payment rails, liquidity or other functionality may be provided or supported by third-party financial institutions and service providers. Availability is subject to eligibility, jurisdiction, compliance approval and provider terms. FinMechanica identifies a third-party provider publicly only where the contractual and regulatory position has been verified and the disclosure remains current.

5. Fees

Applicable fees and plan pricing are published on the Personal and Business account pages and in any applicable fee schedule or quote. Material third-party charges are disclosed before a payment is confirmed where practicable.
